A) Making a purchase
We offer the possibility to order conveniently via our online-shop or by phone. For mutual safety, orders from abroad are not accepted by telephone.
- How to pay
a) By C.O.D. (cash on delivery)
The delivery is effected via DHL. You pay the amount to the carrier directly on receipt of the goods. Please acknowledge that in addition to our internal C.O.D. charge of 4,- € a postal surcharge of 2,- € will be charged upon delivery by the deliverer when choosing C.O.D. A delivery by C.O.D. is only possible within Germany.
b) By payment in advance
When ordering by payment in advance, the ordered goods will be sent as soon as the invoice amount is credited to our bank account.
c) By credit card / PayPal
For our customers, we offer payment by Mastercard or Visa credit cards.
d) By voucher
Please note that the amount of the gift-voucher (if you have several gift-vouchers: the sum of all gift-vouchers) can not be higher than the order amount. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
Advice: Please indicate your e-mail-address when ordering. You then automatically receive an acknowledgement-e-mail regarding the receipt of your order with all necessary details for the desired way of payment.
We choose the most favourable way of dispatch for your delivery. Of course we deliver your orders at your home address. Should the carrier not be able to deliver the goods, we will inform you in writing. You then have the choice to either have the goods delivered again or to pick up the goods at a depositary near your home address. If not avoidable, we reserve the right of effecting partial deliveries.
We insure all parcels up to a value of 2500,- €, since the risk of transport passes over to the buyer once the goods are handed out to the carrier. This service is free of charge for our customers. Please consider that customs’ fees and import purchases taxes will be charged when the goods are exported to non-eu-countrys and we do not know how much this will cost you. The customs authorities in charge will be able to inform you about these charges.
B) Security of purchase / Cancellation information for consumers
Basically, we grant two years of implied warranty on all items, as alleged by law.
Furthermore, we expand our services. Should a bicycle frame of one of the brands Radon or Cube break within 6 years (frames made of carbon 3 years) from date of order (bicycle purchased in May 2015 or later), we will substitute the broken frame. We reserve the right to substitute the frame by a corresponding successor. Provided that the bicycle was used according to the specifications of the manufacturer.
Special case Radon: This extended warranty does not apply to the Swoop 200 model and all dirt bikes, as well as all add-on parts that are subject to frame exchange.
- Cancellation policy for consumers
Consumers have a legal right to cancel as follows. Consumer means an individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside that individual’s trade, business, craft or profession.
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired: sample revocation form
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied or (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods or if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Should the delivery of the ordered goods from us to you be free of charge due to the threshold of your order, the following applies: Where you exercise your legal right to cancel only for a part of your goods leading to the situation where the goods remaining with you would not reach the threshold for free delivery, you will have to bear the cost of sending the goods to you up to the amount which would have occurred if you had ordered only the goods that are then remaining with you. The same applies, if the delivery of goods from us to you was free of cost due to the fact that it included an articled which was marked as “free delivery” and you exercised your legal right to cancel only for parts of the order including the article marked as “free delivery”.
For goods that can normally be returned by post: We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back goods that can normally be returned by post or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
Goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned by post will be collected by us.
Where the delivery address is within one of the following countries, we offer a pre-paid postage stamp with the help of which goods (return value more than 50 €) that can normally be returned by post can be send back free of charge: Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Great Britain, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Austria. In this case or in the case of guarantee/claim we will bear the cost of returning the goods. Otherwise, you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
For goods that, by their nature, cannot normally be returned by post, the cost is 30,- GBP.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The right to cancel ceases to be available for contracts for the supply of sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer, if the goods become unsealed after delivery as well as for contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery.

- Transport damage/complaints
We kindly ask our customers to report evident defects as to quality within one week of receipt of goods. In the event of transport damage, which is already visible externally, we ask you to control the parcel immediately and to let the carrier give you a written confirmation of the damage.

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
We use and save your data in accordance with the “Bundesdatenschutzgesetz” (German Data Protection Act) and only if this is necessary to process your order correctly. If necessary, the required data will be forwarded to service providers for this reason. All individual-related data will of course be treated strictly confidentially.
According to our terms and conditions, the display of our products in our online shop does not represent a legally binding offer; instead it is a non binding online-catalog.
By clicking on the button “finalizing order with binding payment duty” you are placing a binding order of all goods in your shopping basket. The order confirmation is sent out immediately after placing your order, but does not constitute a contract acceptance. We can accept your order by sending out a contract note per E-mail or by sending out the goods within 5 days.
C) Voucher campaign
The voucher code must be pasted into the voucher code field and it also needs to be varified by clicking on the “Redeem”-button.
As soon as you send a product back and your purchase value becomes less than value mentioned in the promotion the offer is no longer valid and the discount will be substracted from your refund.
Please keep in mind that an allocation of the gift voucher after placing the order is not possible due to technical restrictments.
The gift voucher can be redeemed until 24:00h (CET) of the last day of the voucher campaign
unless stated otherwise.
